When you commission me you are 'signing' yourself into a contract with me, Stephanie Koch -- the artist behind Kizamaji.

As the artist, I retain all rights to any work commissioned from me.
As the owner and copyright holder of the commissioned work, I have every right to reprint any piece of work I create into anything I see fit. This could be bookmarks, art books, art prints, ect.

You are forbidden to reprint my work and make a profit off of it. Do not claim it as your own work.
Commissioning me for right now is for personal use only.

Please make sure you are okay with these terms when commissioning me.

When you commission me, please keep these rules in mind:
- Do not change your concept or idea halfway through the work progress. If you are commissioning me, I want the final solid idea you want.
- I do not do refunds once I have started the commission. Unless you seriously have a reason for backing out or are not pleased with the result. I am flexible and I am very willing to understand certain circumstances. You just have to contact me about it. :)

My commission prices fluctuate, depending on the demand or the lack thereof.
Paypal is my preferred payment, but I also accept Check via Snail Mail.

As of Sept 2nd 2010, these are my prices in USD:

$25 for Bust/Head Anthro
$35 for Full body Quad/Feral

Drawn on Arches Hot Press paper and coloured with Gouache, Watercolour, Acrylic Ink and other mediums.

Prices are not set in stone, and I am willing to haggle or modify my prices if you want multiple characters.
